If you're here, you're probably here again. I've seen the numbers. I'm as excited as you are, so here is now your first clue. Thank you for coming back to my favorite bars on South Beach. There's one that is maybe on South Beach, maybe not, but I'll tell you what: for 30 years, on a weekday, that pool is close enough to the bar to be the hidden pool bar secret of all of Miami, and it's been there forever.

The daughter still runs the place — a traditional family hand-down. It's in a condo building where it just gets to be what it always was. They don't give anything away any different than anywhere else. If you're a bartender, you just know how amazing it is. Almost nobody else even realizes it's there.
